Mixy Mobile Team

Meet The Team

Michael Juliano, CEO & Founder

What’s up friends, I’m Mikey. I grew up just outside of Atlantic City, New Jersey where I could be found either at the beach, playing golf, or rooting for the hometown Philadelphia Eagles. Go Birds! I graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in History but my love for golf led me to chase a dream in Delray Beach, Florida. Bartending at night allowed me to play golf in the day but Covid-19 and the harsh realities of adulthood had other plans. A potent sense of kinship brought me back to the town where I was born where I somehow landed a job at the iconic Memories In Margate. I have worked in a bunch of fancy places too, like the Ritz Carlton of Philadelphia. Over the course of my 10 year career behind the bar, I’ve learned a lot of things, like how to make great drinks. However, the most important thing that I’ve learned is that this business is not about drinks you make, but the people you meet, and the memories you make while pouring them.

Ryan Kukowski, COO & Partner

Ryan kukowski here. I originally grew up in the Poconos in a small mining town where I was always outdoors, fishing, camping, riding atvs but once high school was over, I knew I needed a new adventure. I moved to Philadelphia in 2010 and landed my first job as a barback at Sampan where my passion for the bar industry quickly ignited. 1 year later,  my bartending debut had begun. Now 14 years in, I’ve experienced all types of bar service. This includes high volume clubs, casual restaurants, high end craft cocktails, even a few summers at the iconic Memories In Margate. I ultimately arrived at the Bartending role at the Ritz Carlton Hotel for the last 6 years. My passion for the bar and the hospitality industry is only growing so now I want to share my experience and knowledge and bring it to your front door with Mixy Mobile!

About Us

The first time I met Ryan was in the break room at Memories. He lended me a beer opener and I knew it was the beginning of a friendship. I never would have guessed that 2 years later, he’d be lending me his expertise in a business partnership. When I walked in for my first day at the Ritz Carlton in the fall of 2023, I didn’t expect to see Ryan all dapper with a vest and a black tie, only to learn that he’d be the one training me. As we headed into the holiday season at one of the world’s busiest hotel bars, Ryan and I would often be paired together only to get obliterated with service tickets and wedding parties. We would be so in the weeds, but it was so much fun. Through my time at the Ritz, I kept meeting newly engaged couples trying to plan their weddings, and business people trying to plan their holiday parties. Ryan would listen to me pitch them my idea for a mobile bar. Finally, on my last Saturday night at the Ritz before moving to Sea Isle for the Summer, he asked me if I needed help. Boy did I need help. Designing this business has been so much fun but the help from friends, family, Rosie and Natalie from BYOB Marketing, and Ryan have made it a lot less daunting. It’s time to do the fun stuff. Let’s have a party!
