Mixy Mobile is a full service craft cocktail bar in your backyard. Any drink you want to order, any photo you want to snap, any music you want to hear, we do what it takes. Whether it’s your Wedding day, a company Christmas or Halloween Party, or you’re just looking for an excuse to throw back a couple cold ones on a hot summer afternoon, we’re ready to mix it up!

Customize Your Event
  • Our full service portable Mixy Mobile Bar folds neatly and can be carried or wheeled to set up just about anywhere. We bring ice, high quality plastic disposable cups, standard bar fruit, juices, sodas, and mixers, 4 cocktails, 2 mocktails, and physical cocktail menus to make decisions easier for your guests.

    A preemptive note about “dry hire,” It means we provide everything except the alcohol. Our years of experience in this industry gives us a good gauge of what and how much people drink, and we have drink calculator tools to back us up. We’ll consult about what product to buy, give you a list, have you order it, and even go pick it up at the liquor store for no additional cost.

  • In order to have the the world’s greatest mixer, you need to have somebody mixing quality tunes. We’ve thrown hundreds of parties in the past couple years and we’ve met a lot of talented musicians and disc jockeys. Don’t surf the web, compare quotes, check reliability and handle logistics with a whole other vendor the day of your event. We got it handled.

  • The Photo Back Drop is great for business events where your trying to put your brand on display and have your guest create some content for you! We coordinate with the printing to company to make sure your logo(s) looks good and then we come in early make sure your backdrop is set up before guests arrive.

  • We have options for regular glassware as well as triton reusable plastic glassware for those outdoor events where we don’t want the risk of breakage. The reason we require a barback with this package is because we need someone who can keep up with cleaning it. Plus, its one extra person that can help us clean the floors, take out the trash, and just generally make sure your event runs smoothly

  • We recommend an additional bartender for every 50 people and require an additional bartender for every 75 people. Essentially, we don’t want to force you spend $400 to $500 more just because you have a guest count of 65, but if your budget can spare it, it’s easier. If not, we work together to mildly reduce some offering to ensure service goes easier.
